Career plans
 utilizing various personalities

At TOMORROWLAND, you can develop a career plan that takes advantage of a variety of personalities.
We believe that new ideas can be generated by working in a variety of ways that are not limited to a single job title, for example, such as being involved in press work while working at a store.
As part of our efforts to support careers and nurture professionals, we offer the following training programs and study sessions to enhance the skills of our employees according to their experience.

tomorrowland COLLEGE

"TOMORROWLAND COLLAGE" is a school that provides training and study opportunities for store staff to create Tomorrowland fans through their own growth. It is a place where they can utilize and refine their "likes" and "strengths" for the benefit of customers.

We provide many opportunities to learn from each other through internal communication so that even those with no sales experience can work with confidence.
We encourage growth by learning and enhancing each other's understanding of TOMORROWLAND's brand and products, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills.

TOMORROWLAND HANDS UP! PROJECT

TOMORROWLAND has an internal recruitment system called the "HANDS UP! PROJECT," in which any employee who wants to take on a challenge, such as a job title, position, or new idea, can raise his or her hand regardless of formality or work history.

"B Edition," a newly opened business, has staff who raised their hands through this program as opening members.
We also have a "job rotation system" that allows employees to experience a variety of jobs at different stores and in different positions for several months after joining the company. We value the opportunity for each individual to think carefully about his or her career and seize opportunities.

CHILDCARE LEAVE

For staff members who are about to give birth, we have established the "CL Section," a department that supports them in resolving their anxieties before and after childbirth and in ensuring a smooth return to work after childcare leave. We support the balance between work and childcare by distributing information and providing opportunities for communication among mother staff. Some of our mother staff members are now working as store managers, and they are finding their own opportunities to play an active role.

TOMORROWLAND AWARD

We hold internal awards called "TOMORROWLAND AWARD" to reward and praise each other for our daily activities and efforts.

In addition, we have a "mentor-mentee system" in which senior staff members at assigned stores act as consultants (i.e., mentors) after joining TOMORROWLAND, allowing for various consultations and casual communication.

In this way, TOMORROWLAND values communication not only in training and study sessions, but also in various other situations, and aims to create an environment in which employees can make the most of their individuality while recognizing diverse values.
