MD (Merchandiser)

Brand Manager. He or she is responsible for product planning, production quantity determination, and management of designers, pattern makers, and other members involved in product planning for each brand.

Planning

Responsible for product planning for each original brand. He conducts market research, draws design images, and selects materials.

Pattern maker

Patterns (paper patterns) are created based on the design drawings submitted by the project team. A temporary sewing sample (toile) that is closer to the image is made by using a pattern that takes advantage of the characteristics of the material and the sewing process.

Production control

Manage product quality, cost, and delivery time. Visits domestic and overseas factories to determine clients, arranges materials and subsidiary materials (lining, buttons, fasteners, etc.), and inspects products.

Buyer

Purchasing products based on store and brand strategies, planning pop-up events and collaborative products with other brands and designers.

Store manager

Responsible for overall store operations, including store VMD and staff management. Involved not only in his or her own stores, but also in the same business category and area operations.

Shop assistant

With the mission of "enriching customers' lives through fashion", he or she is responsible for sales planning, customer service, layout, sales promotion, and human resource development.

CR  (Controller)

Analyze each store's sales and best-selling products, and develop a plan to manage and reduce product inventory, including the allocation of product inputs and product transfers between stores. Analytical data is also used for product planning.

Sales

Back up operations of directly managed stores as a sales contact with the store opening destinations (department stores and fashion buildings). Also provides wholesale services to specialty stores.

Store Development

While conducting market research, he or she negotiates with sales staff on new store openings and renovations, and creates stores that express the concept of each brand.

Fashion press

Exposure and PR in various media to create fans for companies and brands. He is also involved in a wide range of activities such as planning store events, producing catalogs, and attending photo shoots.

WEB/SNS/Production

Produce website, SNS, promotional materials, and graphic design based on the brand concept, as well as plan and set up store displays.

EC (e-commerce)

He or she manages the company's own and mall websites, plans the launch of events and products on the websites, takes pictures of products to be featured on the websites, assembles styling, and processes the images.

Store Design

Decides on the interior design with an outside designer and purchases fixtures and decorations. Sometimes handles original fixtures and rugs used in the store.

VMD (Visual Merchandiser)

Involved in the layout of the store in conjunction with the store design. Planning the store and show window themes for each season.

Systems Management

He or she is involved in a wide range of areas from stores to core systems such as accounting, inventory control, and order management. He is also responsible for customer management, analysis of product development support, and system environment development for new stores.

Logisitics

At the company-operated merchandise center where new products are delivered from the factory, the company stores products and delivers them to customers who purchase from the store and EC.

Food service

Oversees all operations related to the company's cafes and restaurants. He or she also develops new menu items and conducts promotional activities using SNS.

Human resources

He or she is responsible for tasks related to the entire organization, such as employee personnel and labor management, hiring, planning employee development programs, and creating a rewarding work environment.
